Axiom's system provides Transcripted Data, defined in terms of Patient Name, Physician Name, Date of Visit and other Records of patient in your office computer. There is an easy availability of records as and when required by the clients, as they are permanently stored for future reference. This Documentation is stored safe and can be returned in encrypted mail format, although we have our FTPs which are duly used to store or send the documents.
